How to design & order your perfect Door or Panel in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Select Your Perfect Door
Choose your door style – Start by selecting from a variety of door types, including traditional, contemporary, and cottage styles from the online brochures.
Customise the look – Our extensive range of finishes lets you personalise your door to match your vision. Select your base door style, then tell us your preferred colour, glazing, and any decorative elements such as door knockers, letterplates, and handles in the next step.
Step 2: Email us Your Order
Fill in the Door form – Once you have selected your dream door from the brochure and are satisfied with your design, simply complete the door form and click submit. We will take care of the rest.
All door details, including your glazing choice, handle position, decorative furniture, and any additional accessories, can be summarised in the form. Once we have your details, your order will be assigned to a personal sales manager who will oversee the process and provide you with a personalised quote. If any questions or issues arise, we’ll contact you, and you can also reach out to your sales manager at any time regarding your door or panel.
Step 3: Pay for your Order
Payment and Confirmation – After you’ve confirmed that all your door or panel quote details are correct, we’ll send you an invoice via email for online payment. Please double-check all details before paying, as no changes can be made once the invoice has been settled. Once payment is received, your custom door or panel will go into production.
Finally: Receive Your Custom Door
Delivery – Once your order is placed, you can relax while we take care of everything. Your custom door or panel will be delivered directly to your doorstep with our reliable service, ensuring it arrives safely and on time. From manufacturing to shipping, we handle the entire process, leaving you to enjoy your new door.
Delivery usually takes between 5 and 21 days, depending on your door specifications or custom options. Your Sales Manager will provide a more precise timeframe once your order is processed.
