Asec Air Wedge Door Installation Tool - Inflatable Alignment Aid
The Asec Air Wedge is a professional inflatable positioning tool designed primarily for door installation and door hanging applications. It allows installers to create a precise, controlled gap when fitting uPVC, composite, timber or aluminium doors without damaging frames or finished surfaces.
Simply position the wedge and inflate using the built-in bulb pump to lift, align or adjust the door into the correct position. Once aligned, use the integrated release valve to deflate smoothly and remove the tool. This makes it ideal for achieving accurate hinge alignment, frame positioning and consistent spacing during installation.
While perfect for door fitting, the Asec Air Wedge is also widely used for automotive access work and general positioning tasks where controlled lifting is required.
