These Short Arm Concealed Window Restrictors from Asec are suitable for use on either side hung or top hung windows. They are self engaging and restrict the sash to 100mm as well as being easy to fit as they are supplied with detailed instructions and packing pads. The restrictors may be overridden to allow the window to be fully opened using the key if required.
