Trojan 3D Composite Door Hinge
The Trojan 3D Composite Door Hinge is a high-performance, fully adjustable butt hinge engineered specifically for modern composite door systems. Designed for precision alignment, long-term durability, and smooth operation, this hinge allows installers to achieve perfect door positioning quickly and efficiently.
With multi-directional adjustment, the hinge provides up to 4mm vertical adjustment, 3mm lateral adjustment, and 1.75mm compression adjustment, ensuring accurate fitting and consistent pressure distribution across the door seal. This helps improve door performance, reduce draughts, and maintain secure closure over time.
Built to support heavy-duty applications, the Trojan 3D hinge is capable of carrying door leaf weights up to 100kg when installed with a set of three hinges. It is suitable for composite doors up to 2200mm in height and 1000mm in width, making it ideal for both residential and commercial installations.
Each hinge is supplied pre-assembled for quick installation and fits neatly into the door rebate for a clean, discreet finish. The UV-stable coating ensures long-lasting colour retention and resistance to weathering, making it suitable for external door applications.
Available in a wide range of finishes to match modern door hardware designs, including Anthracite, Black, Brown, Chrome, Gold, Oak, Satin Silver, and White.
