MACO MK II Non-Cropable Shootbolt Window Gearbox

The Maco MK II shootbolt window gearbox incorporates a reverse locking feature for improved security. The reverse action gearbox allows the locking mushroom cams to locate from both directions into the striker to give high security locking. It is tested to the enhanced security requirements of BS7950 on major profiles, the centre mushroom cams are tested to 8.7 kilo newtons, more than double the current requirements of BS7950 of 3 kilo newton.

To speed up installation it has rapid-fix non cropable extensions that allow for fast assembly with no requirement to cut extensions to size and click fix eurogroove clips that hold the extensions in place. This gearbox is salt spray tested to 480 hours, comes with a 10 year guarantee along with PAS23, PAS24, BS7950 and Secured by Design accreditation.
