The Pro shootbolt espagnolette window locking system, manufactured from high grade steel and zinc alloy, offers enhanced window security through a combination of mushroom headed steel cams and shootbolts, both with 16mm travel.Designed in-house, the robust reverse action gearbox features unique concealed twin pinion technology to ensure smooth operation and durability. The compact gearbox has been designed to require minimal routing to ease fabrication. Backset sizes are clearly marked on the gearbox, 20mm or 22mm, for quick identification.To speed fabrication slide tags simply slide over the shootbolt couplings and can be easily fixed into place.Mushroom cams, 8mm or 9mm, are 1mm compression adjustable with a 3mm Allen key and feature an orientation mark on the cam.Stainless steel and mild steel shootbolt extensions are available in 4 sizes to suit rebate application sizes from 300mm - 1600mm. Sizes accommodate both standard and reduced depth Eurogrooves.Suitable for both side hung and top hung applications, and both standard and reduced depth Eurogrooves, this high security espag is available in a range of lengths, in 20mm and 22mm backsets, to suit uPVC profile systems as well as timber and aluminium.The Pro shootbolt espagnolette has been successfully tested at the UKAS accredited Mila Test Centre to the enhanced security performance requirements of BS 7950, has achieved 50,000 cycles - more than twice the standard requirement - to ensure operational reliability, 96 hours salt spray to ensure weather resistance and meets the enhanced security requirements of Secured by Design.Strikers are also available.TECHNICAL:-
