Step 1: Create Your Perfect Door
Choose your door style – Start by selecting from a variety of door types, including traditional, contemporary, and cottage styles. The designer allows you to pick the door that suits your home’s aesthetic.
Customise the look – Once you’ve selected your base door style, you can choose the colour, glazing, and add decorative elements like door knockers, letterplates, and handles. Our extensive range of finishes ensures that you can personalise your door to fit your exact vision.
Use the Visualiser – After selecting all your options, you can upload an image of your property, and the visualiser will superimpose your chosen door or panel onto the front of your home, garage, or business. This lets you see exactly how your dream door or panel will look in real life.
Step 2: Place Your Order (or Quote)
Once you're satisfied with your door design, simply add it to your cart. The order process is seamless and secure, allowing you to quickly review your selections. All door details, such as your glazing choice, handle position, and any additional accessories, are clearly displayed in your order summary. Place your order or if your not sure just select to send us the quote and we will contact you to about your door/panel.
Step 3: Pay for your Order
After placing your order or submitting your quote, it will be assigned to a personal sales manager who will oversee the process. If any questions or issues arise, we’ll contact you to discuss. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice via email. Please ensure all details are correct before payment, as no changes can be made after the invoice is paid. Once payment is received, your custom door or panel will go into production.
Finally: Receive Your Custom Door
Once your order is placed, you can relax while we take care of the rest. Your custom door or panel will be delivered right to your doorstep with our reliable delivery service, ensuring it arrives safely and on time. From manufacturing to shipping, we manage the entire process, leaving you to simply enjoy the arrival of your new door.
Delivery typically takes between 5 and 21 days, depending on your specific requirements. Your Sales Manager will provide you with a more precise timeframe once your order is processed.
