These trade-recognised timber weatherseals combine dual hardness and flexibility for superior draught and weatherproofing. Designed for timber casement windows, they fit neatly into the timber beading and can be used at the top or bottom of sashes as required. UV stable and easy to maintain, they provide long-lasting performance and a professional finish.

Key Features:

• Rigid base and foot made from polypropylene, flippers made from TPR
• Seals gaps from 2.5 – 5.5mm
• Designed for grooves 2.7mm wide x 6.5mm deep
• Excellent tear strength and deflection recovery
• Fully flexible flippers mould to window contours
• Rigid back aids easy insertion
• UV stable with superior ageing properties
• Resistant to most paints and varnishes
• Lower closing forces than a bubble seal
• Good acoustic properties
• Can be pinned to timber beading

Fitting:

• Fits 2.7mm wide x 6.5mm deep timber grooves
• Push-fit into grooves or pin to timber beading
• Can seal top or bottom of sash, and suitable for timber door sets
• Use TCT073 router bit to cut the channel if required
