The ERA Easy Reach Offset window espag is a face-fixed casement window locking mechanism designed to provide smooth, positive operation where a lower handle position is required, making it particularly suitable for windows in kitchens, bathrooms or other hard to reach locations. Manufactured from high quality mild steel with zinc plating and trivalent passivation, it features adjustable mushroom cams with 8mm height to help improve compression and weather sealing
This version has a 20mm backset and is available in a range of bar lengths to suit different sash rebate sizes, and the robust espagnolette bar design delivers reliable multi-point locking performance.
