Constructed from high-performance materials, this hinge features a lift-off design that allows for easy door removal and installation and is tested and certified to meet FD30 and FD60 fire rating standards. This EN 1935: 2002 Grade 12 hinge has a self lubricating polymer bearing for smooth operation and is ideal for commercial, institutional, and high-traffic applications.
