Rehau-Compatible UPVC Door & Window Flipper Gasket – Black Rubber Seal
This heavy-duty black flipper gasket from Extrudaseal is designed to match Rehau UPVC door and window profiles. Commonly used in Rehau’s residential systems over the past few decades, the gasket enhances weather performance by creating a reliable secondary seal.Fitted into the designated shoe port, the gasket runs around the full perimeter of the sash or frame, ensuring a tight seal when the door or window is closed. This added layer helps prevent water and air ingress, boosting thermal efficiency and weather resistance.

Installation Guidance:
For optimal results, begin fitting from the centre of the top rail (head) of the door or window. This area is least exposed to wind and water, allowing the bottom section to remain in one continuous piece. To join ends neatly, use a small amount of superglue to bond the gasket securely to itself and the UPVC profile.
