The ROTO FRH Uni Top Swing Reversible Gearing Window Hinge is engineered for smooth, controlled operation in modern top-swing and reversible window systems. Its reversible gearing design enables installation on both left and right handed applications, reducing the need for multiple stock variants while maintaining consistent, reliable performance across a wide range of window sizes.Ideal for both residential and commercial applications, the hinge also features an integral child restrictor and reverse catch for enhanced safety.
The sash reverses externally, preventing interference with internal blinds or curtains, making it especially suitable for contemporary installations.
Manufactured to meet strict industry standards, this hinge is BS 6375 Part 2:2009 compliant and can achieve PAS24 compliance when used with appropriate additional hardware.
