These Era manufactured gearboxes will fit many brands such as: Era, Laird, Saracen, Surelock, and Fab 'n' Fix multipoint locks. This is the part that is most likely to be at fault when a lock fails.
The latch is easily adaptable to fit both left and right handed doors. Designed for use with lever/lever handles; however the split spindle will also allow for lever/pad handles.
Technical:-
- 92mm handle centre
- 30mm, 35mm, and 45mm backsets
- Lever/ Lever, or Lever/Pad operation - with the addition of a split spindle
- Non-Handed - fits both left and right handed doors

- Lock case length - 219mm

- Centre of latch to centre of deadbolt - 87.5mm (ALSO AVAILABLE WITH LATCH & HOOK OPTION)
